Job Summary:

As a Sales Portfolio Manager at Silver Oak Properties, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the real estate sales portfolio, ensuring the successful sale of properties while maximizing revenue. You will work closely with the sales team and clients to deliver outstanding results and drive the company’s growth.

Job Description:

  • Manage and develop the sales portfolio, ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.

  • Provide leadership and direction to sales teams, ensuring sales targets are met.

  • Track and report sales performance, ensuring compliance with organizational goals.

  • Assist in negotiating terms of sale, facilitating property showings, and closing deals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or portfolio management.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of managing sales portfolios successfully.

  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
