Silver Oak Properties is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Leader to manage a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring targets are met, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Provide coaching and training to team members to improve performance.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure success.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.
Build strong relationships with clients and assist in closing deals.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage sales teams and achieve targets.
