JOB SUMMARY:
The Commercial Property Consultant will focus on the sale, lease, and management of commercial properties in Dubai. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market, including office spaces, retail properties, and industrial units. You will act as a trusted advisor to businesses, investors, and developers, helping them find the right commercial properties based on their requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Advise clients on commercial property opportunities, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial properties.
Understand client requirements and present suitable commercial properties based on location, budget, and space needs.
Facilitate property viewings, lease negotiations, and transactions.
Provide market analysis and property valuations.
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property developers, business owners, and investors.
Stay updated on local market trends, zoning laws, and development plans in Dubai.
Handle the full leasing or sales process, including contract negotiation, renewals, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
WHAT WE WANT:
Proven experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market and its legal frameworks.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
