Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
• Calling clients in need through cold calling, provided leads, advertising mediums.
• Updating Leads in the CRM on daily basis.
• Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
• Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
• Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to buy.
• ·Conducting negotiations with the clients.
• Following-up with the Sales managers on Regular basis.
• Undergoing training if required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role is preferably
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Salary + commission.
• Candidate must be present in UAE
• Preferred Industry: Real Estate & Banking
