The Portfolio Manager for International Sales will be responsible for managing and expanding Silver Oak Properties’ client base and sales in international markets, particularly Dubai. You will oversee international sales operations, building relationships with high-net-worth clients and driving growth in the luxury real estate sector.
Manage a portfolio of international clients, focusing on the Dubai real estate market.
Build relationships with investors and clients to drive sales.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to expand the international sales portfolio.
Collaborate with the local and international teams to streamline sales processes.
Provide clients with market insights and investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in international real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of international clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
