JOB SUMMARY:

As a Secondary Property Consultant, you will be responsible for the buying and selling of existing (secondary) properties in the Dubai real estate market. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, presenting property options, and negotiating sales transactions. You will play a key role in closing deals and ensuring a smooth buying/selling process.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assist clients in buying and selling residential or commercial secondary properties in Dubai.

  • Conduct property valuations and provide clients with a realistic price range for their property search.

  • Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers.

  • Coordinate property viewings and follow-up with potential buyers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospect new leads.

  • Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of purchasing or selling secondary properties.

  • Keep track of market trends and property values to provide up-to-date advice to clients.

  • Manage and update listings on property portals and other platforms.

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

WHAT WE WANT:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in secondary property transactions.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.

  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
