Modon Properties is the real estate business of Modon Holding, which is based in Abu Dhabi and listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. Its communities are on Al Reem Island and Hudayriyat Island, and include Reem Hills, Muheira, Nawayef and Hudayriyat Golf Estates.
