What is Ejari?
Ejari is the system that registers tenancy contracts in Dubai. Registration is required, and a registered contract is what tenants need for utilities and several government services.
How is rent usually paid in Dubai?
Rent is commonly paid in advance by a small number of cheques across the year. Fewer cheques generally strengthens the offer from the landlord’s point of view.
Who handles the tenancy once it starts?
We do. We run the letting ourselves, from the rent figure through to the signed contract and the Ejari registration. Ongoing day-to-day management is a separate service, and for that we place you with a management team we know and trust.
