Buy a Residence

Curated on- and off-market homes across Dubai's prime communities, matched to how you actually want to live and invest.

We handle this ourselves, in house.

What you get

  • Access to off-market inventory our network sees before it's listed publicly.
  • Private, unhurried viewings arranged around your schedule, in person or virtually.
  • Negotiation on your behalf backed by live comparable data, not guesswork.
  • Full DLD transfer support : paperwork, NOC and registration handled end to end.

How it works

  1. 01

    Brief

We start with how you actually want to live or invest, not with a list of what happens to be available. Budget, community, commute, whether the home is to live in or to let, and how long you expect to hold it.

  2. 02

    Shortlist and viewings

A shortlist drawn from both listed and off-market stock, with viewings arranged around your schedule. Anything that does not fit the brief is left out rather than padded in.

  3. 03

    Offer and negotiation

We put the offer with the context behind it: what comparable homes in the building have achieved, and where the asking price sits against them.

  4. 04

    Transfer and handover

A Dubai sale completes at the Dubai Land Department, where ownership is formally transferred and the title deed issued. We stay with the transaction through to the keys.

Common questions

Can a non-resident buy property in Dubai?

Yes. Foreign nationals, resident or not, can own property outright in the areas designated as freehold. Ownership is registered with the Dubai Land Department in the same way as for a resident buyer.

What is the difference between freehold and leasehold?

Freehold means you own the property and the land it sits on indefinitely. Leasehold means you hold rights to the property for a fixed term, after which it reverts to the freeholder. Most of the areas open to overseas buyers are freehold.

Do I need to be in Dubai to complete a purchase?

Not necessarily. Buyers frequently complete from abroad, and a purchase can be handled through a power of attorney. The specific requirements depend on the transaction, so confirm them for your own case before you rely on it.
