Off-Plan Advisory

First access to pre-launch releases from Dubai's leading developers, with the due diligence to tell a genuine opportunity from a glossy brochure.

We handle this ourselves, in house.

What you get

  • Pre-launch releases tracked across Dubai's major developers, so you hear about a launch while the early allocation is still open.
  • Payment plans mapped clearly : from 1% monthly to post-handover structures.
  • Developer and track-record checks so you know who you're buying from.
  • Resale and handover guidance for when the building completes.

How it works

  1. 01

    Track the launches

New releases are tracked across Dubai’s major developers so that a launch reaches you while the early allocation is still open rather than after it has gone.

  2. 02

    Check the developer

Delivery history, build quality and whether previous projects handed over on time. A payment plan is only as good as the company behind it.

  3. 03

    Map the payment plan

Payment plans run from roughly one percent monthly to structures that continue after handover. We set out what falls due and when, so the commitment is understood before it is signed.

  4. 04

    Through to handover

We stay involved across the construction period and into handover, including the resale question if your plans change before completion.

Common questions

What does off-plan mean?

Buying a property before it is built, directly from the developer, and paying in stages against an agreed plan rather than in a single amount at purchase.

What is an escrow account and why does it matter?

Off-plan buyer funds must by law go into a project escrow account, which restricts how and when the developer can draw on them. It is one of the clearer protections in the Dubai off-plan market, which is why the escrow number is shown on our project pages.

What happens if a project is delayed or cancelled?

Projects can be delayed, redesigned or cancelled, and the position depends on the sale and purchase agreement and on the relevant Dubai authorities. Read the agreement before you commit, and check the current status with the developer.
