Arada was founded in 2017 as a joint venture between KBW Investments and Basma Group, and is chaired by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi. Its Sharjah communities are Nasma Residences, Aljada and Masaar. In Dubai it is building Armani Beach Residences and W Residences at Dubai Harbour.
